Brithinee Innovation
From the Industrial Revolution to High Technology
We helped write the EASA motor repair standards, and continue to raise those standards in every repair that we make. We have pioneered new materials and techniques in motor repair that allow maximum machine performance, but with increased winding life and more machine uptime.
Brithinee Electric was an early entrant in customized control panels, incorporating microprocessor-based variable-frequency drives and logic controllers, and we continue to innovate in panels today, providing fully documented, as-built drawings, dependability, and cost-effective troubleshooting services.
Today, Brithinee Electric remains in the forefront of the industry, by promoting the research of wireless sensor devices for use as condition monitoring and diagnostic tools in motor and generators, in collaboration with researchers at the University of California Riverside. These devices will provide baseline and continuous measurement of vibration, acoustic, and current characteristics, resulting in fewer and less severe machine failures, hence less opportunity for efficiency-robbing effects of such failures; this will ultimately be good for the environment.
