Brithinee Electric includes as part of its pre-employment interview, an aptitude/ability test or tests. Brithinee Electric reserves the right to require an employee to take a health examination including drug and alcohol screening to determine the employee's fitness to perform his/her essential job functions. The company shall pay for all such health exams. Upon the offer of employment, the applicant must successfully pass the drug and alcohol screening test.
