First and foremost, we treat our customers as we'd wish to be treated. But it goes much farther than that. We incorporate the materials and practices that yield excellent products that should be better than what the client expects from his experiences elsewhere, and it should be done in a timely manner.

And, the customer is "in charge" of his job. That means that he must be provided sufficient information, also in a timely manner, to approve the work to be performed and its cost, and to make any choices that affect quality, reliability, cost, or timely completion.
