Sulzer has expanded its electromechanical services business into Southern California with this acquisition.

“We have been searching for the right company capable of continuing the high-quality service and repairs that our customers expect,” said Wallace Brithinee, President of Brithinee Electric, “and we feel confident that we have found that in Sulzer.”

Jim Mugford, President Sulzer Electro Mechanical Services says, “Brithinee strongly complements our existing service network in the Western United States and Texas. The company has an outstanding reputation with its customers, including key customers in renewable power generation and water as well as wastewater markets. With this acquisition, we look forward to welcoming Brithinee to the Sulzer team.”

“We want to assure both our customers and our vendors that our teams have developed a smooth transition process and they should see very little change in working with Sulzer,” said Brithinee.
