Brithinee Electric helped write the repair standards for the Electrical Apparatus Service Association, which have become an American National Standard (ANSI). Our repairs adhere to those standards every time.

• All Brithinee Electric rewinds use only DuPont™ Nomex ® brand insulation paper providing high dielectric strength needed to prevent winding failures.
• Essex® Quad Build magnet wire is always used for superior durability.
• Removal of burned out magnet wire is performed under controlled conditions and with adequate testing to ensure the core iron is suitable for rewinding.
• Your rewinds receive at least one vacuum pressure impregnation with 100% solids polyester resin for added durability and strength.
• Our repairs always use recognized top-tier name brand bearings.
• We have complete in-house machine shop capability for shaft, endbell, and frame repairs.
• All rotors are dynamically balanced to ensure that the assembled motor achieves precision vibration levels.
• Before and after testing is performed on all motors. Our detailed repair reports, including photographs, exceed industry expectations and are sent to you with the repaired motor.
• We tell you what we found, we tell you what we did, and when possible, we tell you the cause of failure so you can avoid future problems.
